School Uniform

School uniform is encouraged and receives full support from parents

Any parent experiencing difficulty in funding a school uniform may speak to the Head Teacher in confidence. Our school uniform is:

Track suits will be required when appropriate due to colder weather conditions.

Note: In Key Stage Two whenever weather permits we allow the children to use our large playing field, to allow the children to do this they must bring in some trainers purely to be worn on the field.

Please ensure all items are labelled with your child’s name.

Hair/Hair Styles/Cosmetics

Long hair must be tied back at all times . This is for health and safety reasons. No extreme hair styles are allowed including dyed hair, braiding, shaven heads and any other defined by the Head Teacher. Please ensure your child does not wear make-up or nail varnish.

Jewellery

No jewellery should be worn for health and safety reasons. One pair of stud earrings only may be worn, but the child must be able to remove the studs when he/she takes part in P.E. including swimming. If the child cannot independently remove their stud earrings, please remove them at home on the day(s) of P.E. The one pair of stud earrings may only be worn with one stud in each earlobe. Studs cannot be worn in any other part of the body

No chains or rings are allowed. A watch may be worn if it has a simple face with no gimmicks
