Delivery Times
Due to the bespoke nature of garments and bags, it may take up to 10 working days to process your order. This may increase up to 20 days during the busy summer period.
We normally beat these delivery times but you will always be advised via email when your order is dispatched.
Returns
If there is anything wrong with your order once it’s been received, simply send it back to Mapac within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.
We recommend you obtain proof of postage. Our returns address is:

Delivery will not be charged to send an alternative item out. However you will be required to pay for the returns postage of the original item.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so
make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
What do I do if my item is defective/damaged when I receive it?

How can I change or cancel my order?
If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call 01923 255525
as soon as possible. We will try our best to change or cancel your order, but please note that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. If you would still like to return/exchange your item once it is received, please see above for terms of eligibility.
