We expect all children to be in winter uniform by October half-term.

Trainers are not acceptable foot wear, neither are open toed sandals or shoes without backs.

All children should be in summer uniform at the start of the summer term.

ALL children will need warm tracksuits for outdoor PE.

St. James sweatshirts, ties, polo shirts, cardigans, fleece, book bags and PE bags may be purchased from the PSA. Contact the school office for an order form.

The PSA now stock baseball caps, which we strongly urge you to purchase for your child for wear during the summer months.

ALL BAGS, LUNCH BOXES, WATER BOTTLES AND CLOTHING INCLUDING UNDERWEAR AND SHOES/PLIMSOLLS MUST BE CLEARLY NAMED

PIERCED EAR STUDS ARE THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE FORM OF EAR RINGS - NO HOOPS PLEASE this is for health and safety reasons. The only other jewellery which may be worn is a plain watch.

Children should not wear nail polish.

If a child’s hair is long enough to be tied back, it should be. Please note that hair bands/clips should be the same colour as the hair or red or white.

Children are expected to take care and look after their own belongings. Every effort is made to reinforce the value of respect for each others property but please note that the school cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to property
