We believe that a school uniform is important as it is smart, protective and hard-wearing. In addition, it fosters a feeling of pride, equality and belonging. We ask that all children wear uniform and encourage them to maintain a good standard of clean and tidy dress in school.

Boys

School Sweatshirt or School cardigan - Navy Blue with logo

Polo Shirt – Red with logo

School Trousers or School Shorts – Plain Black, Navy Blue or Grey

Winter Fleece - Navy Blue with logo. (Also used for outdoor P.E.)

Shoes - Black or Blue flat shoes or black plimsolls.

In very hot weather, sandals without socks may be worn.

Girls

Outdoors

Summer – hat for outdoors

Trainers may be worn outdoors

Hair and Jewellery

Children with long hair (reaches the shoulders) should have it tied back. Please do not dye or colour hair or have hair shaved, Mohawk style or shaved into a pattern.

For safety reasons we ask that the children do not wear jewellery in school. For those with pierced ears, studs only may be worn but must be covered or removed for PE and swimming.

To enable some expression of individuality, patterned or striped socks/tights can be worn at parents’ discretion.

Please ensure that ALL items of clothing, including coats and shoes are clearly marked with your child’s name. Name Tape forms are available at the School Office and you can order by telephone or post from our uniform provider.
