Hair and ‘Extras’

Long hair must be tied back (for girls and boys) and hair decoration should be sensible and in school colours. We expect our children to look smart and therefore unusual/unsuitable hair styles are not permitted. This includes any non-natural hair colouring. If in doubt, please ask before having the hair styled! Nail polish, jewellery, make-up and ‘tattoos’ are not permitted.

Bags

The children will require a school book bag. In order to keep our cloakroom areas safe, we limit the bags which children may bring to school. Therefore, children may only have their book bag and PE bag on their peg. It should not be necessary for any other bag or backpack to be in school except in exceptional circumstances, such as when your child is going somewhere straight from school.
